At Call of Duty Store, we want you to be fully equipped with the right gear. If your tactical apparel doesn't meet your mission requirements, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
